Start Time: 6:30 AM

End Time 2:00 PM

Lunch:       3:00 PM

Meet at: Lake Minnetonka Regional Park (a Three Rivers Park District park) located on the west end of Lake Minnetonka.  Directions to the park are easy - Hwy. 7 (from either direction) to County Road 44 North – one block to park entrance on the right.  We will meet in the parking lot designated for truck and trailer parking.   There is no fee to enter the park.  Follow signs towards the boat launch (turn left after you enter the Park).  The truck/trailer parking lot is on the right just before the road starts a steep decent down to the boat landing.  There is plenty of rig parking.  Food Committee will set up lunch at the nearest open picnic table.

Starting Locations:

  • Lake Independence:   Baker Park Reserve Boat Landing

Hwy. 12 west to County Road 19 North- look for Baker Park sign.   Remember to pay the boat launching fee at the pay box located down at the boat ramp.

  • Lake Waconia:    County Park Landing

Located on east side of lake off Cty Rd 30 or Maas In-Town Marina in downtown Waconia.

  • Lake Minnetonka:     Your favorite boat landing.

NOTE:  Teams fishing Lake Minnetonka must trailer their boats and meet at Lake Minnetonka Regional Park.  This is only fair to guarantee that Teams fishing ‘Tonka do not fish longer and then dock over at the park.  Teams failing to follow this rule will be disqualified as if they were late getting at the designated location.

Species:           Musky, Muskies & Northern Pike

Scoring:           Top five (5) combined Muskies and Northern Pike.  Additional 10 points awarded to each team catching both species. Click here for an official scorecard in PDF format: SCORECARD
